PAYMENT
We accept payments all through PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email or text from us with updates and tracking information.
Please note, due to the ongoing impacts of the pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances shipping carriers are experiencing delays and may require more time to have your packages delivered due to overwhelming volume with limited transportation availability.
Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the size of your order. To determine your shipping costs, add the item(s) to your cart, select your country, then press the "Update Total" button. From there you will be able to see the different shipping options available for your order.
We will not accept orders or deliver outside of the United States.
We ship through UPS only. Tracking updates are available through the UPS website and are limited to the information provided by UPS.
We are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to submitting an order.
For U.S. Orders: Please allow 2 - 4 business days for order processing and verification plus 5 - 10 business days for delivery.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Occasionally there may be delays with your order during special releases, holidays, and promotions.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the limited production of the merchandise, all transactions are FINAL and not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Each product is reviewed with the utmost care for quality control to ensure the product is not defective upon shipping.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once it has been processed.
We do not honor price adjustments or price matching.
DROPS, RESTOCKS AND SOLD OUT ITEMS
Our releases are available with limited stock quantities. We do not usually restock or reorder most of our products.
Once the product is listed as "Unavailable" or "Sold Out", inventory is no longer available for purchase on that item.
